Der drahtlose Blitzauslöser ermöglicht die Verwendung von Canon-Kameras zur Steuerung von Godox-Blitzen mit X-System (z.B. Kamerablitz, Outdoor- oder Studioblitz. Er bietet Fotografen eine beispiellose Flexibilität und Kontrolle beim entfesselten Blitzen. Der Blitzauslöser eignet sich nicht nur für Kameras der Canon-Serie mit Blitzschuhmontage sondern auch für Kameras mit PC-Synchronisationsbuchsen.

Mit dem drahtlosen X2T-C Blitzauslöser ist die Hochgeschwindigkeits-Synchronisation für die meisten aktuellen Kamerablitze möglich, die E-TTL II unterstützen. Die maximale Blitzsynchronisationsgeschwindigkeit beträgt bis zu 1/8000s, wenn die Kamera eine maximale Kameraverschlusszeit von 1/8000s hat.
